Charles is an investment analyst within the Tribeca Global Natural Resources research team with a particular focus on the identification of listed and unlisted investment opportunities related to decarbonisation, green policy and industrial innovation. Charles brings a diverse background to the role having previously worked at Macquarie Private Bank in Sydney and with dry bulk shipbroker, Affinity Shipping. Prior to entering the finance industry, Charles worked in policy roles in Australia and the United Kingdom with several ministers, including the New South Wales Government, Minister for Water, Housing and Crown Lands where he worked on water policy issues. Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in History from the University of Melbourne and a Masters Degree in Public Policy from the University of Sydney. He is currently enrolled in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
