Scott manages Tribeca’s corporate advisory business which provides cross border advice to companies in North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific with a key focus on the resources and technology sectors. He assists corporate clients with debt, equity, structured finance and offtake transactions in addition to advising on business strategy and capital formation, leveraging deep relationships built over a career spanning 30 years in Sydney, London, the Bahamas and Singapore with global investment and merchant banks. Scott holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, is a member of the Singapore Institute of Directors and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
