Dan is a Managing Director within Tribeca’s Corporate Advisory team. Based in Brisbane, Dan is responsible for deal origination and structuring, and partners with Tribeca’s broader Resources teams to facilitate capital markets transactions across equity, debt and hybrid investment instruments. With over 20 years’ experience in financial markets across top tier investment banks and funds in both Sydney and London, Dan’s breadth of experience in the Resources space complements the wider offering within Tribeca. Dan also brings first-hand experience developing resources projects into production stage. Dan holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, and holds a Grad.Dip in Applied Finance form FINSIA.
