Bruce Loveday has extensive experience in the financial services industry both in Australia and overseas. He has been CEO of several funds management businesses (in Australia and the United States) and has held senior executive positions in banking, mining, stockbroking, asset consulting, investor relations and corporate affairs management. Loveday is Chairman of Copia Investment Partners Ltd. and also serves as the independent Trustee of a Family Office investment fund. He was Chairman of Bennelong Funds Management Ltd. from 2010 to 2014 and also Chairman of the ASX-listed Praemium Ltd from 2012 to 2016. He has a Bachelor of Economics degree from Monash University and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Raymond provides corporate advisory and specialist institutional investor relations services to both private and ASX listed industrial companies. He advises corporate clients on equity capital markets and M&A transactions as well as business strategy. Raymond’s career spans over 20 years in equities having previously been Head of Emerging Companies Research at UBS and Deutsche Bank.
